Hi Folks, I have not posted on the chat thread before but thought I would join in. It is so motivational reading what everyone is doing and how they are getting on.

I'm having a hectic day but all that I really want to do is curl up and go to sleep. I'm tired as I have not slept proper for the last 2 nights.
    Aiming to get Debt Free.

Welcome Wannabe to CTF (the Centre for Tired Folk)

Maybe it's the weather. Maybe it's sharing a 4 bed room in a hostel with 3 snorers. Maybe its the following 270 mile drive, BUT I'm tired too!

..last night I was awake at 1:30am having a mild panic attack :( I know its stress anxiety related and sure the sore throat etc is possibly related

You have to just try and be in the NOW and breathe deeply.

I keep waking up at about 4.30am thinking
    • Am I going to find a job?
    • Am I going to find tenants?
    • Am I going to find somewhere to live that doesn't have a cut off point of 40!!!!
    • Am I going to run out of money before any of the above?
I'm just trying to concentrate on what I've got to do for today and not think too much about the Reggie Perrin option (walk into the sea and re-appear behind a bar in Paisley!)(this is my favourite option - complete abuse of my higher education, but would give me a nice face to wake up to every morning)

I know how to manage it Butti so it doesn't really phase me anymore...They only started last december and have only had a handful but I know when one is coming on and I can rationalise with myself and 9 times out of 10 stop them before they start. Just more annoying when they are in the night...and im tired and want to sleep lol

Quiet on here today...I am currently looking at slow cookers on John Lewis and Lakeland websites (we have vouchers for both shops)

I know you have vouchers for the above shops, but in the Argos clearance they have a slow cooker for something like £4.67 ;)
