Is it a con?

Good morning!
This is my first post, so forgive me if i'm being a bit dumb!
I've been looking for a PSP on e-bay for a little while and have found a seller selling them rather cheap. It almost seems too good to be true. He has quite a few of them, and he claims that they are going cheap because they are being sold off from an electronics shop that was shut down in May.
He is also selling other items at a very cheap price. My question is: Is this a con?
Payment would be through paypal, so does this mean that it would be safe?
One other point, apparently pick up is not available because the units are in a warehouse that is not at the location of the seller.
Apologies if i appear ignorant in these matters!

Whats the item number?
Also, generally if it appears too good to be true then it is!0 -
Thanks for the quick reply. I thought the same really. A lot of peolpe are buying items from this seller though.
Anyway, item number is: 1200296275540 -
Several things that look fishy.
He has put 46 items on on a 5 day auction. most people would put them on a 10 day, ie the auction will have ended before his first customers were due to receive them.
secondly, his feedback is for all but one purchase, ie he buys on ebay not sells.
Also he mentions 10% profit 'to clear remaining stock'. there is no way any of his items were bought at his price less 10%. ie, psp's aren't bought for £80 and sold at £150, there is very slim margins against retail prices on all these items.
personally, i wouldnt chance it, but thats just me. he could be legit, but equally he might not.0 -
I did wonder about a couple of them things, and you have just confirmed my suspicions! Thanks very much, i think i'll play it safe on this one!0

would be worth checking him out again in a couple of weeks to see his feedback.
