Ive only had excellent service from snapfish.
I used my free prints through the easy ordering service, I ordered them late friday night, and selected to pick them up from Jessops.
The total order came to £0.00 :j
It said your order will be ready the following Wednesday, But I chanced it and went in on monday as I was already out.
They were there and ready to be collected.
Also there are no duff photos in there either, I think there good quality :j
I rate them 10/10 ! They will definatly have more orders from me .!
