£500 Stolen VIA Itunes account - Advice please?!

Hi,
I woke up to find 15 Itunes receipts each for £29.99 for the purchase of 1,000,000 chip for Zynga Poker.
Obviously I had not made these purchases and I need to get this money back - it has taken me over my overdraft limit.
Itunes have asked me to contact the HSBC and HSBC claim that it is not classed as fraud because i have spent money in the itunes store before. I have to call a certain number when they reopen tomorrow morning.
I'm starting to feel like i'm not going to get the money back!? Can anyone offer me some advice or reassure me that systems are in place for refunding this sort of fraud?!
Many thanks

First of all, cancel/freeze your itunes account its obviously not safe.
I dont use itunes so not sure what details you use to pay but if its card, cancel the card and get a new one, if its account number, then consider changing your account.
Have you let anybody on your computer?
Have you used itunes anywhere but your own computer?
Is your wireless (if applicable) secure?
Unless you can find who made the payments, you will be relying upon the goodwill of itunes to refund any money unless you can prove negligence on their behalf. (maybe they can cancel the codes therefore ensuring none of the chips can be used meaning they can refund.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
Been a couple of threads like this recently. It seems that the bank won't refund as you have signed up to it and made payments before. Apple just aren't interested.
I wouldn't hold you breath about getting your money, sorry
I've deleted my card details and use pre-payed cards now.9/70lbs to lose

Do VISA have any sort of protection policy?
Apple have now suggested chargeback provided the bank authorises it.0 -

This has been mentioned on the IT news sites. Apple claim their systems haven't been hacked, despite this a few hundred users have been receiving charges for Apps or in-app purchases they never made. The advise was to take it up with Apple and they would reverse the transactions.
If you've tried that and they're not obliging then attempt a card chargeback. It would seem those that complain loudly enough are getting 'special treatment' compared to the 'average joe'.0
