what can I do, bought 20 massage sessions

I managed to buy 20 treatment sessions from dr & herb, ( I had the first session in which I fell asleep ), and the lady managed to get me to buy 20 sessions as she said thats how many I needed.

this is for my back pain -I've had 7 sessions, and I don't want the others as its not made much difference.

so I basically I want the money back on the other unused sessions.

what are my rights there if they refuse to refund them.

Ask if they'll give you vouchers for the remaining sessions, then dole them out to friends as gifts.

check the terms and conditions on the back of the vouchers or ask for written ones from them , that should tell you what you can do, doubt they will refund and the gift vouchers idea is a good mentioned above especially with the festive season looming on the horizon.
