Laptop Power Supply

Hi,
I purchased a power supply for my laptop in November 2009.
The first power supply the company sent failed within two months, this then failed again. They replaced the supply with an alternative, this has now also failed.
I have asked for my money back but they are refusing to do this. I could easily electrocute my self with the current supply.
I have not loaded the unit as the company has suggested.
This is the fourth failure in total what do I need to do to get my money back?
