Shiitake Mushrooms

I bought some shiitake mushrooms with the intentions of using them in sushi, but I made the sushi and totally forgot about the mushrooms! Any ideas of what I can make with them? Preferably something that can be frozen as I have loads of them. Any ideas appreciated!

I always pick these up cheap in the reduced section because they dry so well and then you can rehydrate them for adding to any chinese recipes.I just leave mine in the boiler cupboard for a couple of days.
