I bought some shiitake mushrooms with the intentions of using them in sushi, but I made the sushi and totally forgot about the mushrooms!
Any ideas of what I can make with them? Preferably something that can be frozen as I have loads of them. Any ideas appreciated!

What about making a mushroom soup? You could also freeze the mushrooms as they are and lift them out when you want to use them. See this thread on freezing mushrooms.
I did a quick google and there are quite a few !!!!ake mushroom recipes there.

on this page there is a video recipe for mushrooms with linguine (it refers to making own linguine but you could probably use any pasta you've got in).
sounds v easy and yum.0 -
Hi sarahmelita,
I've added this thread to your previous thread on shiitake mushrooms as it helps to keep all the suggestions together.
This thread might be useful too: dried shiitake mushrooms ideas
