i am trying to follow the steps to reclaim my bank charges but my bank ABBEY HAVE NOT SENT ME A COPY OF MY STATEMENTS FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE WRITTEN TO ME TO SAY THAT THEY WERE ORDERED ON THE 13TH JUNE 2006 PLEASE HELP

Why didn't they send you statements? An opt-out on your part or their mistake? Thats a hell of a lot of paper - have they agreed to print the lot and send them to you? I would get on the phone and chase them up - it shouldn't take that long0
