I have been trying to obtain a new Family railcard using the Daily Mail offer
year's worth of hugs is yours for just £13 if you visit www.familyandfriends-railcard.co.uk/dailymailcard
before 1st August and enter the promotional code MAIL50. Hurry, offer ends 1st August 2010!

however, when i enter my email that i receive the offer it just says Email already taken. so i enter a different email. Then we i get to the page to pay, it says
Thank you for applying for a Family & Friends Railcard. Unfortunately our system has not matched your data to our Trial Card Promotion.

any help welcome on how i can use the DM offer to get another railcard please

You can only get a half price one if you originally applied for the free trial one. So the code only works if they have you on their database.

yes i did get the trial card, so should be on their database, hence confused why they are not accepting my email ??

Have you already applied for a railcard under this offer?

I don't think you can apply for a second one.

doh! thats a shame as i have managed to get one from previous DM offers for that past few years.

I have just had exactly this same thing. All it means is that your email address (ie YOU) are already registered with them, either from this year or in the past. You need to go back to the home page and login, using the same email address, and bingo, you are off.

I have had free trial railcards in the past, and half price railcards too. You aren't excluded from the offer just because you have used it in the past. Good luck

When Wealdroam said "you can't apply twice for the same offer", I think he meant "you can't apply twice for the same offer in the same year using the same email address".

This year you cannot just get the half price card that's available now (ie only those who got this year's free trial are eligible to buy a half price one)

DAK how i can apply for a family YHA membership? Website gives vague details..
