SVP, amazing service

I've been a customer of SVP for well over 5 years now and would try very hard not to use anyone else if I could.
Last week I experienced what I can only call amazing service from the guys at SVP, here's what happened.
I initially set out to buy some disks and a new gfx card, the gfx card was more expensive than on another site I found it on. So I emailed their price promise team to wait for a reply and buy it another day and left it at that.
Within 10 minutes I got an email back saying thanks for telling them about the price they've now pricematched it on the site. This was about 6pm too, so a good hour after closing time at the store. Awesome!
So off I went back to the SVP website and went to order all the things I wanted. Done the biz with my card and off I went to look at miscellaneous websites covering everything from 28 things you didn't know about bread to proposed changes to the LBW rule in cricket.
I checked my email later that night, about 9pm, and was shocked to find my ordered had been picked, packed and dispatched and had a Citylink tracker number for delivery the next day.
Sure enough my order arrived the following morning around 11am. How brilliant is that for service!?
Only one slight problem, the gfx card appears to be faulty so i've had to email SVP to discuss sending it back for a full refund. We'll see now what their 'no-quibbles-refund' policy is really like now...
