Claiming bank charges

Hello everyone

I have a graduate account and HSBC have decided to start charging me interest on my whole overdraft, despite the fact I only graduated two years ago and I was lead to believe that a certain amount of my overdraft would be interest free for three years. (i know in the terms and conditions they can take my overdraft away at any time, but i still think its pretty unfair)

I have written them a complaint letter, and I've decided to get my bum in gear anyhoo and try to get myself out of my overdraft. I need every penny I can get at the moment as I'm very near the bottom of my overdraft and am going to get stung with interest very very soon.

Is anyone still having any success reclaiming bank charges? I've looked through my old bank statements and see that they have charged me £80 for going over my overdraft twice and having a bounced cheque.

thank you!

Ellie
