Compensation from online travel company

Thanks for all your responses but we seem to be getting a bit off track - I didn't buy anything else from them (not that this is relevant). Neither is the original purchase price (of 139 euros) which has been refunded.
Does anyone have any advise as to how I should word my response letter to them to get them to take notice of my complaint. Should I threaten with Small Claims Court?0 -
It is relevant.
Are you saying they have given you a refund of the original purchase price of €139, you still travelled, so it cost you just the £63 extra you had to spend, which you want back as well?Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Am I really not making myself clear?
Yes, the £63 or so is the additional costs I incurred due to the company cancelling the original booking and then messing up the re-booking, leaving me without tickets and having pay again.0
