Strange entry on credit report for bank account

Hi folks, hope someone can advise.
I just got a copy of my Experian credit report, and for the first time my current account appears on it. I've had the account since 1991, have no overdraft (now) and never go overdrawn.
The entry reads as follows:
CLYDESDALE BANK CURRENT ACCOUNT
Started 05/09/91 Balance £0
Monthly payment £0 over 0 months Status history 0000
In the last 4 months of account activity, the number of status 1-2 is 00 and the number of status 3+ is 00
My question is, why would my bank suddenly start reporting to Experian after all these years? I don't have a loan or overdraft with them now, although I have in the past.
Also, I noted that my date of birth on this entry is incorrect. Would this be the bank's error, and if so, how can I get it corrected?
Many thanks!

I have Yorkshire Bank, the Uk version of Clydesdale, I noticed too that they started reporting my account with Experian.
I've been with them over 4 year's and they have just started reporting my data to Experian. All that data means you're up to date with your bank account.
Regarding the date of birth being wrong, I would say the bank have sent the wrong details to Experian, you can tell Experian and they would contact your bank to update them with the correct details.
Experian won't do anything without permission from Clydesdale.
You could also tell the bank, but I'd tell Experian myself as they should be reporting correct data:j0 -

Many thanks for that. I am relieved to hear that, as I had my handbag stolen last year, so am always on the lookout for unusual entries
The DOB is only slightly wrong though, so probably a typo. Will get it sorted.
Seems like a good thing if they have started reporting, as I run my account like clockwork. Looks like I've got myself another row of nice green zeros. Wonder if it makes it look like I have an overdraft that I don't use though?
Anyway, thanks again!:)0
