Red hot pokers
My red hot pokers have been great this year - I have 2 planted together and altogether have had 14 big bright heads. Now the petals have fallen off they look a bit ropey, but I've noticed little bump like things growing on the heads. It might be a daft question but do these contain seeds? And if so can I plant them?
Thanks for any advice

Yep they are seed heads. You can wait until they are ripe i.e. come of the plant easily, and then you can sow them.
However you can divide your plants in spring.
Personally I just cut the spent flowers of mine before they go to seed heads and give them a feed so they produce more flowers.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
