" I am Forced to Sell my Lovely Penthouse
* You Don't Need to put all the £185,000 together!
* "I will Finance You until you get your own bank loan"
* You Don't Need Huge Downpayment
"You can put down as much as you Have"
SOME NOW SOME LATER and weekly Capital Repayments of £250p/w"
Over £1000 per month payments needed, so not at as cheap as it seems, even if it was genuine.
Anyone tried calling 'Max' to see what story he spins??"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -

The aim is to defraud you by getting you to pay some tiny amount through Western Union as a token of goodwill to the nice man who is going to sell you your dream home. The clearing out of your bank account will follow shortly.
It is a well known Gumtree scam, but usually for rented flats that magically require no deposit. They are an EYESORES!!!!0 -
