The i-pod player is no longer working on my son's stereo that was purchased approx 3 months ago from Comet.
What rights to we have with regard to repair, replacement or refund?

You have a right to all of them (well the one that is not disproportionately costly to the others and is not significantly inconvenient), however the most likely result will be repair.Back by no demand whatsoever.0
