Taking 3 month old stereo back to comet

The i-pod player is no longer working on my son's stereo that was purchased approx 3 months ago from Comet.

What rights to we have with regard to repair, replacement or refund?

    You have a right to all of them (well the one that is not disproportionately costly to the others and is not significantly inconvenient), however the most likely result will be repair.
