Returning to work

Hi,
My partner is currently on SMP and hopes to return to work on an at least part time basis in November. She seems to think that working more than 17 hours will stop our child tax credit altogether and affect our child benefit, is that the case?
Thanks in advance.

Child benefit is non-means tested. Child tax credit depends on the income of that and your partner.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
