I'm sure I've read that if you were to phone telephone banking or call in a branch, they can see if you are likely to get an approved credit card?
When I log on, there is an advert about applying for a card, but that would be a full application wouldn't it?

They can see on the phone, but you need to make sure that its a "guaranteed offer", otherwise its just a full application. None of the online prompts are pre-calculated, they are just adverts.100% G33K

That's not true, there are guaranteed loan offers for example.0 -
