Any advice welcome re name to put on property

I am just about to buy a flat, I already have a property and am going to put it in my daughter's name. She is single at the moment but if she got married and it didn't work out, as sadly so many don't these days (no I am not a pessimist) I do not want 'him' to gain from all my hard work. If I keep it in my name obviously I would pay CG on selling it whenever. Can I gift it to her solely with a clause that 'ANO' couldn't benefit ie the value of the property when gifted is repaid to me - I think not as it is a gift. I do not want to give anybody but my daughter the benefit of what I have worked for, be it 'ANO' or the Tax Man.
Is there a Legal Beagle out there who can give me some advice? It would be really appreciated
PS I know I am lucky to be in this position but I really have worked very very hard and had a little help!!
