lay z spa , new gasket? please ...........

the gasket on my lay z spa is no good any more , cant find anywhere that sells them and i need a new one
what happened is i tightened the lid up wrong and ended up cutting the black rubber seal round the top into about 4 pieces .........
now it constantly leaks ..... where can i get a new one? or should i try and make one out of something .......i cant find any where selling these things ....thanks for you suggestions ( IF I GET ANY , I AM DESPERATE LOL ) and enjoy the summer ....

now that gives me hope ... i was thinking maybe using that sticky draft excluder but i still need to open the lid to get to the filter so cant seal it up permanantly against leaking if all else fails i will have a proper measure up and order something from there .....thanks again for your suggestion
