Tomtom fault

Does anyone know how to 'unfreeze' my Tomtom XL Europe? It has frozen on 'can't find GPS signal'. It was working fine, switched it off as normal, fully charged and switched it back for the return journey and just locked up. Reset it to 'factory' but now it is locked on central London looking for a signal.

Hold the power button down until it powers off, keep it held as it turns on and then off again.
