Hi I bought a set of patio doors from b&q in march and had them fitted, they have never really shut properly and are really hard to get locked. They are really starting to annoy me. The person who fitted them is saying one of them is bowed which is why they dont shut properly. what are my rights here I would like to swap them over but cant take them out untill I have a new set, but dont want to buy a new set then swap them and take them back if you see what I mean.
Any help please.

My best guess would be to find out if the bowing is a result of incorrect installation (in which case you would take it up with the fitter) or inherent (in which case you would take it up with B&Q).You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

Difficult one as said it could be B&Q or fitter I dare say both will blame each other, in which case you might need to get a independent report to verify who if any is at fault0

who would I get to do an independent report?0
