Hi,
I have Dell PC. Normally under Date & Time setting, I should be able to change Time Zone to "London UK".
No London UK is not listed. None of the UK cities are listed. The only nearest option I can go to is (UTC-1200) International Date Line West.
Also as a Barclays customer I also gee free kaspersky internet security. I have just had my renewal activation code which I tried but it dosen't work. I have read help pages on Kaspersky website and it shows it might be happening if the Date & Time setting are wrong.
Any idea how can I update my Time Zone with UK city?
Thanks
MS

Which version of windows?
Are you sure it's not there under GMT?0 -
You want UTC not UTC-1200
(UTC = GMT)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Actually you want UTC+1 as were in BST (unless yoo have daylight adjustment box ticked)0

If you are continually losing your correct date and time settings at start up, then your CMOS battery needs replacing. 5 minute job, cost about £1.50.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Control Panel / Region and Language / set it for UK, then you will get all the other things you are looking for.
Hope this helpsDisclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion.
