  • I used 2 in Asda on a £15 shop and used one of the Asda WKD couplons that are blocked. The SA came over and cleared it cos of the WKN coupon, never said a word about the Olay ones.

So these definitley work in boots then?

Well yes and no......it's pot luck I think, as the tills definitely don't accept them when they scan. When this happened to me, the SA called the supervisor over who then looked at the vouchers and agreed a manual override. I've used 3 of them on 2 separate occasions. If another supervisor is more alert then it's unlikely to work. Worth a try tho' ?

  • used 1 today in asda on a normal olay product, not regnerist.
they has to call someone over to clear it as it's £5 and the tills are now set for that, but they just put it through without even looking :D

Tried them in boots today and they would not work. The supervisor hates me in my local store (long story) so I didn't argue. Will try again at a diff store though. Thanks Spud.

Being refused at Superdrug - they will only accept on purchases of Total Effects Mosturisers - manager told me many people have been "abusing these vouchers"

Refused at Boots - same old story - they stopped accepting it after too many people over doing it

Tried 2 on my local Waitrose - SA called Supervisor - accepted only one in a shop of £60 (and buying 2 olay prodcts) - said he has been instructed to be careful...

Just used two in Asda but bought two night creams. The SA was really nice but the till wouldn't let it through.
She called the supervisor who checked I had made the relelvant purchases and she Ok'd it.
The supervisor told me people were coming and taking the mikey with coupons so now they check the amount of vouchers you produce against your overall shop. As I had bought the relevant stuff it was no probs.
At this rate I wont have to by any night cream for a long long time!!:j
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j
