Exchanged & completed and keys given

Finally after a hiccup with the chaps payment inthe morning and a few stressfull hours i was called by the estate agent to come and collect the keys.

Finally its all over and i was happy to see the house was left so clean with a spray of lovely air freshner. In the loft i was surprised to find a high quality tv aeriel antenna which supplied to sockets inthe house along with..a free tv!
The owner was also kind to leave brooms, bucket and mop.

Its nice to feel ive got some freebies out of the purchase.

I think i can say im very happy i bought this house:-)

Now i can nurse my flu which came on yesterday...probably lower immune system due to the stresses!

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
I once moved into a rented flat and the landlord had left a bottle of wine, two wine glasses and a 'welcome to your new home' card, I thought this was such a nice touch (and he gave me my whole deposit back when I moved out - if only more landlords were like him!)
  • That's really nice emg - I've just decided I'm going to do that too!
