Can i just ask if it is a current loan, do they take the ppi off the amount outstanding or can you request they pay us direct. only got a few months left on this loan.:p

    Hi there Woodymeg.

    What may happen in your case, is that they could do either really, such as refund the amount towards the loan to clear it, and the rest of it plus interest refunded directly to you.

    You could though request if they refund you all the amounts by cheque if you wanted to.

    the money should come straight to you ,unless there are arrears on the account, would also suggest that you get advice on getting a modified agreement at the same rate of interst without the ppi on
