Hi,
Can anyone answer a few questions in relation to this scheme?
Firstly i understand we only require a 70% mortgage so where does the rest come from? is it from the developer and the goverment?
We at present pay £525 per month to rent accomodation so does anyone a rough figure we could expect to pay on a mortgage with the above scheme paying both back?
The property is priced at £115,000

The remaining 30% is covered by a five-year interest-free loan from the builder and the Government's Homes And Communities Agency.0
