Question re HSBC Online Banking

Hi All -

A strange one...

Until very recently, when I logged into my HSBC online banking and selected my current account there was always the option on the left hand side to "Amend Overdraft"

However logging in today, this option is no longer there yet still appears on my wife's Internet Banking when she logs in..

I have a very good relationship with HSBC, multiple accounts including 2 mortgages, a credit card (clear) and InvestDirect amongst others so wonder why they would suddenly remove this option from my accounts? As it was, I wanted to reduce not increase the overdraft as I seldom use it!

Any ideas?

Maybe red herring but I remember getting a letter some time ago about my overdraft facility (Premier account). As I hadn't used it for some time they would be removing it - if I wanted to keep it, I had to either use it or contact them within a month (letter was just ordinary post, not recorded by the way).

A bit vague now, but I think the overdraft account used to show up on internet banking (certainly did on statements) - does it show up on your wife's but not yours? (or am I thinking about a different account...?).

The option doesn't appear on mine either. Send them a secure message and ask where the link has disappeared to.
