PRAISE for RDO Kitchen Appliances

I don't write complimentary reviews. I expect web sites to work and I do the research so I get the credit (or blame). But stripping out and refitting a new kitchen means making a lot of expensive decisions and coordinating supplies and workmen, so it's hard work with plenty of opportunity for costly errors.

RDO were just perfect! They advised on my selection of products. They double-checked product availability. They held back stock until I was ready. They added an extra item at the last minute. They checked options with manufacturers and even sent copies of relevant PDFs unasked. Every promise to 'call you back' was kept.
The despatch people talked to the sales people and phoned me to check before finalising delivery. The delivery was complete and on time.

And they beat everyone else on price. I simply couldn't ask for better (and special thanks to Adam for his help and advice). These people are seriously good and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

NOTE: You'll find this review on several places on the web. They deserve it IMHO .
