I have searched but cannot find the thread which had a website on it for checking charter airlines prices to US?

I would say Skyscanner for scheduled also. Kayak has more limitations, such as not being able to search for child / infant tickets.

But kayak has much better options for date flexibility It also sometimes returns flights that skyscanner doesn't have. Always good to use both.
