Digital camera faulty/broken for second time ?! help with return procedure

Ok ill try to keep this as short as possible ! Last year while on holiday our kodak digital camera broke, although not completley when i switched the on button the lens poped out the green light would go on and it would make the normal on noise but then would instantly switch back off. The other thing is that when i pressed the play button to review pictures/videos the camera would turn on fine and let me look at them. That did not matter as we had our recipt from currys and also a whatever happens guarantee which lasts until 30/06/2011. So we used it and were told to pick a different camera up to the same total. Fine. Until now where the exact same thing would you believe it has happened to our replacement. The cashier attached our new recipt to our old one with the whatever happens agreement aswell ( she did not give a new one ). Do you think this will also cover the replacement or i will have any problems returning the newer camera for something else ? i have read over it and says nothing about it. I dont drive and currys is far from me so wanted to get an idea of what will happen if i have to go to the shop. thanks

I would think that it would still cover the replacement otherwise she would have told you that the receipt for the additional cover wasn't needed; it was attached as proof of additional cover. Call them first before you leave to clarify.0

Yep, it's for as many replacements as you need during the 3 yearsSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
