Nationwide Flex Application

Hi,

My other half applied for Nationwide Flex account online on 06/07 and it was referred. She has not heard anything after that. She has also lost customer number in order to check the progress online.

Any idea how long Nationwide takes to process referral applications?

    Try ringing the new account line and asking them whats the current status on the account application, say you lost the customer number and they'll just ask things like name, dob, security questions etc etc
