Just thought I would say that I have always accessed our bank account on Phonebank Express with a freephone number 0800 015 2000.
Have noticed that the bumf I get sent now tells me to ring an 0845 number which I take no notice of. When I ring the freephone number, I have a message about how the service is changing and then it rerings to the old message line.
Might save someone a few pennies in call costs.

Joined Lloyds a couple of months back and to be honest have never had to call them to sort stuff out. The one time I did I apparently did have a telephone access code so they sent me one, but have never had to use it yet. Thanks for the phone number though - just incase I need it in the future0
