well I don't know half the answers, have no idea what my HDL levels are and sleep different amounts per day so left them to do the guess work- don't even know my weight! (long story, I now avoid the scales at all costs)

    Actual age 29.2
    Real age 25.9

And despite quite a few medical issues, I am 3.3 years younger thats what an exercise obsession and strange eating habits do to you!

Most of that's down to exercise (lack of). And diet (unhealthiness of).

Oooh I'm pleased with my results:

    Actual age - 23.4
    "Real Age" - 19.0

I wasn't doing so well until the exercise bit, it seems joining the gym was a very good move on my part! :D

LOL, ......lucky I've just started 2 exercise sessions!!

Suggest the questioning is a bit lax there, maybe should say something like "Out of the last 52 weeks, how many weeks have you exercised 3 times a week for 30 mins?"

My flattering result might be slightly less pleasing then:rotfl:

Actual 35.9 "real" 34.1 - not too bad.

Although my real age went up dramatically as we went along once I ticked that I had children under 12!

I noticed that too - I wonder why that is! Having said that, when I fall into bed in the evening after the morning rush, days work, after school taxi service, cooking, breaking up fights, packed lunches and ironing for next day...... maybe it's not surprising after all!
