I will go first then:
Actual Age: 42.3
Real Age (from test) 38.9
I lost a bit due to being overweight, underactive and having asthma, but gained more due to good genes (family history), good BP, pulse and non-meat, low alcohol diet.
It has given me some really useful things to thing about actually - must start taking some regular exercise!
Any one else care to admit their results?

My real age is 27.7
Went up because I have only just quit smoking and I have had a lot of stress in the last 12 months. But still pleased, just got to lose some weight and keep up with the non-smoking!!
Oh and I need to get 7 hours sleep a night not 5 lol!!0 -

Calendar age = 31.6
Real age = 36.5
The factors that let me down are that I used to smoke, having asthma, not enough vitamins and fruit and veg and my resting heartbeat is a little too fast.
And I thought I'd get a decent score too, just goes to show!
Very interesting though.

I was coming in at 3.5 years younger until the exercise section! I'm apparently 2.4 years older than my chronological age because I don't do any.:o0
