Hi I checked my meter and this was my reading 17975(026) then put my radiators on for and hour and a half and this was the reading 17975(813)
The brackets is the red numbers on the meter.
Can someone tell me if this is a normal reading as it seems high to me.
3 radiators were switched on at the time.
Thanks if you are still reading lol. :hello:

I know someone with the exact explanation will be a long but as far as I know those red numbers are such a small amount they can be ignored ,, they always tell you to ignore them when inputting a reading to my supplier so I assume they are the very tiniest amount..

    Hi,

well going by those figures, you have used .787 of a unit 17957813 - 17957026, which at 10p a unit is about 8p

Edit: For 3 heaters for an hour and half seems really low to me.

What kind of heaters, and what wattage?

Edit: Oops should've asked first gas or electric, I was assuming electric.

Assuming this is gas that is .787 cu m which is about 9 kWh so probably right.
