in new properties coming on the market?
I've been looking for over a year now (had 3 places fall through) and the last fortnight, I've noticed a lot of the places 'for sale' have been on the market for the entire year - and new stuff is at a trickle
Wondering if anyone else was noticing this?

Regular supplies of new for sale on my rightmove searches.
Not as much as I thought there might be though.
Many places *still* for sale some serious time on.
Some houses removed from rightmove but still not sold... assume they're trying different methods.
One tiny street of about 20 houses now has 4 for sale.Nice price reductions though if you have property bee.
AND some nice very low offers being advertised on the repo ads.0 -
Yes, I've noticed a lot of EA's taking property off.... only to have it pop back up with another agent a few days later.

Not in the areas I'm looking, seems to be at least one new property a day for several months now.poppysarah wrote: »Nice price reductions though if you have property bee.
I've had more EA price reduction emails through in the last fortnight than I have in the last 10 months - prices definitely on the way down in my price range. :TEvery generation blames the one before...
