Can anyone help me how do i make file sizes smaller on pictures I need to upload one

most image software has options though

There is a free program called picresizer i tried to give you a link but not allowed yet as a new member, it should do what you need maybe sombody else will post a link for you .

best thing to do is install FREE google PICASA it does more than some paid for software and will email photos at the press of a button , the site is very easy to use and also files videos from cameras.
