Trying to sell my house

Back In 2006 my wealthy father purchased a house for me at the sum of £111,000 in Leicester. I ended up letting him use it as a stop over and let him rent it out for me while I moved to London to work for ITV. In 2008 i decided to go to work for him, basically 1 year later we fell out over a very voilent outburst in which the police were involved. I have not been in contact until April of this year when I said I will be looking to sell the house in July and move down to the south coast. Today I travelled up to change the locks to find he had arranged for one of his employees/friends and was informed I cannot enter AND CHANGE THESE LOCKS AS HE IS UNDER A TENANCY AGREEMENT IN WHICH I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!!
I need help as i have no understanding and guess my father is looking to repossess my house and gift with fancy lawyers and lots of money.
Further I think he is going to try and put a charge over it from invoices dated 2007 from a company he owns
The house is registered to me so how can I go about selling it and removing these friends from my property
