    You should of really posted this in the credit card section, anyway you need to start off with sub-prime credit cards like the capital one classic, or credit cards design for students. I'm at uni myself and have a cap one card and a halifax student credit card, they seem to throw credit at you when you're a student so you shouldn't have any problems. Don't go nuts, pay in full and your credit rating will shine in no time.
