As this story is from the Daily Mail are you sure that it's true? Over the last couple of weeks it has printed a string of articles which turn out not to have a grain of truth in them at all.
The latest one was about a supposed ban on the Red Arrows flying over the Dartmouth Regatta. It turns out there is no such ban and the local council, the regatta organisers and the local tourist board have had to spend time and money reassuring potential visitors to the event that the fly-past will go ahead. This why I take any "story" printed in the Mail with a warehouse-full of salt. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
It will be interesting to see how many PPC's use this as an excuse to ramp up their ticket costs? I'd dare any of them, however, to openly state that an increase was because of the extension/increase in the Victims Levy. The story was originally reported in the Guardian back in January - so couldn't be described as a solely Conservative policy. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
I find Daily Mail stories are only true if they include Princess Diana0

Telegraph OK?
Or should we wait for corroboration from The Sun?

Confusing article.
I don't know if they're talking about Penalty Charge Notices or Fixed Penalty Notices.
I doubt the journalist knows either.0 -
A victim's surcharge (which actually goes to pay for the CPS) for a civil matter in which there is no specific victim nor victims in that 'arena'.
This could go all the way to the ECHR.0
