Try a reset of IE settings
Open Internet Explorer, click "Tools", and click "Internet Options".
Switch to the "Advanced" tab.
Refer to "Reset Internet Explorer Settings" section, and click "Reset".
Click "Close" when the resetting process is complete.
Close Internet Explorer and restart it.0 -

OP it will be a addon you recently put on, go to Tools: Internet Options: Programs: Manage Add-Ons and disable remove the last addon you put in. Flash is notorious for this so disable this if you cannot recognise a addon you recently installed and then download flash again.0
