Homebase = rubbish customer service!

And today we received a whole £10 of homebase vouchers in the post which covers the cost of the calls I suppose.0

I ordered bathroom furniture with an estimated 4-6 weeks delivery. It took 26 weeks and me involving the PA to the chief executive for the items to be delivered in one piece.
Terrible customer service. The worst I have ever come across.
