If its anything to do with energy then Age UK work with E-on, anyone over the age of 60 signing up to the Age UK tariff gets some extra things like hypothermia thermometer, carbon monoxide detector and a standby saver type thing I believe, unofrtunately one of the things they dont get is particularly cheap gas and electricity, it may be cheap if you insist on paying quarterly or are a lower user but like anything else, its always worth doing a comparison using your usage to see if it is actually the cheapest...Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!

Hi guys,
In April 2009 Age Concern and Help the Aged joined together as Age UK.
The E.ON Age UK tariff is available to all customers and has no age restrictions.
The Age UK tariff does offer an annual cold weather payment to all customers that take this tariff, the amount of this cold weather payment is however dependent on age.
Customers 59 or below will receive £10 a year, customers between 60 and 79 receive at least £10; this is higher if the number of days below zero exceed the value of £10.
Customer over 80 receive £20 minimum, this can be higher again if the number of days below zero exceed £20.
Cold weather payments are credited to customers’ bills from mid April each year irrespective of payment method, with the exception of prepayment customers who receive this by cheque.
For the above it is important that any customers taking this tariff provide their date of birth. Customers who do not provide this will receive the basic amount of £10 a year.
