Look towards the end: there is a 'condition' that you have to get a mortgage through a particular company ... that's a new one to me. It's not the best area. Houses in Teeside are very low generally, even more so in Middlesborough but Hartlepool is not much better.
If you really want a bargain look in Middlesborough. Don't recommend you move there though:rotfl:
