That's a very subjective question.;)
In my case, I have half a dozen radio station shortcuts on my desktop. They are saved as m3u playlists which are set to open with VLC media player.
To play the radio stations using a media player it's necessary to know their links.
Some stations prefer that you access them online only by visiting their website, so they make the links hard to find.
