MSN Messanger

I was having problems with MSN Messanger and decided to uninstall and then reinstall it again. When the download is completed it says that MSN cannot be installed due to an Error Code 1603. Can anyone please tell me with this means and how to resolve this.

I assume it's because you aren't allowed to use shortened links on the forum.
