Oh no. I adored Lisa. Shame she has gone. I know she said she was unwell. I don't like the new allocators. Is it Ted and Sarah? They always give visits to others and not me. Shame on them!!! LOL.0 -

Not impressed at all. That's 5 coffee shops I have applied for on REACT since last month and they have all gone to other shoppers. I got 1 of the 4 I applied for, but it wasn't Hudds, didn't go for that one this time.0 -
Do you reckon someone from REACT actually goes to do these visits? LOL. Not fair. I applied for various different ones and the COMPUTER SAID NO to all of them. I've done urgent visits for them in the past, I won't be helping them out anymore!!!!
Have you seen the RE upload at all? I ain't seen jack!0 -

OMG! I did some 2 months ago and I promised my colleague I wouild take her on some more! Not keen on the RE ones. Gosh, the reports were so easy on TNS and the reimbursements were top notch too. TNS seem to be losing everything. They will probably go bottoms up soon!0 -

But when it comes to making money it is very hard to make me lose my patient :-)
As I mention before, I’m already after reading first 4 threads about MS and will keep reading then in the order, but they obviously are not so up-to-date (post are dated middle of 2007 as far as I had read yet ), that is why I would like to ask some questions regarding present situation.
Currently I’m lone parent, self-employed ( freelance interpreter ) with lack of assignments, have son almost 3 year old, who is still not eligible for the 15 hours ( free ) Early Education.
As I couldn’t find proper employment ( after my married fall apart ) for last 18 months I’ve decided to try something new to get off benefits ( really hate the feeling when I knew I depend on the government or council funds ) decided to upgrade my qualifications ( I had MA in law and administration, few professional trainings such as sales representative, marketing, PA or First Aid and of course some linguistic skills ), became interpreter ( level 1 and level 3 in advance interpreting ), but the situation for new interpreters in the business isn’t easy at all ( current cuts within public sector, NHS switching to interpreting via phone, agencies using only few well known interpreters as a result of public cuts and not interested with someone just starting ). I had a few assignment for during past 2 months ( all together for amount of £90 ), but financially I’m still in deep trouble. Don’t wont to go back on JSA and that is why I decided to try MS.
And now:- As lone parent, who stays with the child in home, do I have chances within MS industry ?
- I do drive, but don’t have car at the moment ( again financial issue ) and using public transport – is this would be a problem ?
- Would you please be so kind and list for me below companies, which would be the most suitable to work for as MS ( full time mum with non childcare secured )?
- While filling up my RE profile I'd chosen 3 miles radius for the beginning, but from your experience how far distance ( if you don’t have own car ) would work out the best ?
- Would you please as well list the companies which you believe are the most respected companies at the moment out there ?
- I know that we should not mention the fee amount, but which companies pay the most and which assignment are paid the lowest fees ?
- I’m already registered only with RE and wish to register with other, but with how many companies you should be ( at least ) register at a time to be able ( as person with plenty of free time ) make around £300 per month ?
With mystery shopping, like any self-employed business, it takes time. You're not going to be earning large amounts over night. The only way to do this would be to get an employed job, but that would not fit with your child.
It took me 2 years to start making the amount I wanted each month (£400). And its only in the last year (4 years since I started) that I am finally making a proper full time wage. I have done this by being reliable and accurate. I am also good at written English.
I now find that there are certain jobs that I get every month or every other month. But it has taken a lot of work to get to this point.
Good luck and be patient.

. Is it just me or are they doing the disappearing trick again? Or maybe its the regulars that get to see them first? Thought I was going mad last week as one minute I could see them, then 2 minutes later they had all gone
