  • The DIY always do this at this time of the month. I think they do it when they try and clear the current month. Can't understand the logic on it tbh.

    Thanks for replies guys

I did a hotel last night. The main focus of the visit was cash handling, but comments on service received.

I ordered room service, and mentioned I wanted sugar, then ordered fruit salad. He brought me the fruit salad. And a piece of chocolate cake 'left over from the buffet'. I didn't take it (wouldn't have eaten it). It was a nice thing to do. It's not directly relevant to the report.

I have to mention it, don't I? Feel terrible if it gets him into trouble.

No, I've not registered to do the flights with the company that ScottiesMum went with - my big Florida trip later in the year is with another very exclusive, extremely-hard-to-get-work-with company !

    LOL, I'm sure ;-)

I'd mention it briefly. I wouldn't necessarily get him into trouble...it might be that management just give him a little "guidance" rather than the sack IYSWIM.

With these reports less is more, especially with the non-focus bits. If you have space then add it in, but I might leave it out. Of course you could just email the allocator, she'd let you know if it should be included.

This is for QDOS I assume?

Whilst the cash handling is the priority here you should mention-(don't go OTT) about this little 'extra'

You could put exactly how you felt (it was a welcome gesture?) Obviously the staff member is trying to please.

    They may get a raise;)

[Hope you know how to get the Hotel points for this visit]

Mine doesn't appear to have gone in either?!? Might still be a bit early though, I thought theirs was on or before 24th??

Yeah thats what I thought, and it's most unlike them to pay early...unless this is late payments from last month.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Mine was reset around 8 months after I failed it, but I told them time and time again when they rang me that I wanted it reset. A month or so after I started asking them they sent me an email confirming it was reset.
